Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Pick-up is available upon request.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup if you're located in Seattle. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up between same day and two business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on where to pick it up.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please avoid using one as your delivery address as your package may be returned to sender.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
- Purchases are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and no signs of wear and tear. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, please send your request to trashbintreasures1@gmail.com.
- If your return is accepted, you will responsible for covering the cost of shipping to return the item. The return address will be provided upon acceptance of your request via email. Items sent back without an accepted return request will not be refunded.
- All items are eligible for returns with the exception of items marked 'sales are final' in the item description.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
